TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SCM@Home hires Independent Contractors to work conveniently and efficiently from their homes. You will be our virtual customer service and contact "center" for small to large businesses encompassing a wide array of industries, products and services. The calls will vary with each client and will range from basic customer service Q & A, to lead generation, up-selling SCM and the clients products and data entry. Our proprietary technology can be easily downloaded to your desktop and will provide you with automated, interactive scripting per client, per call. You won't ever have to worry about what to say in response to any caller and the SCM@Home web training will give you all the necessary tools you require to be a successful home agent!

SCM@Home understands that our agents may not always personally agree with the product marketed or the content in the scripting. Our home agent positions require all agents to process these calls from an objective standpoint. It is not possible to "filter out" certain call types due to personal beliefs or objections.

  • I understand this is a self-employment opportunity for independent contractors. I will not be an employee of Secure Call Management, nor AM I eligible for employee benefits. I will need to keep my own records and pay my own employment taxes.
  • I consent to allowing SCM@Home and its clients to record and/or monitor all telephone calls that I take on behalf of SCM or its client.
  • I agree to safeguard according to strict standards of security and confidentiality any information customers share with me as well as all information proprietary to Secure Call Management Inc., including but not limited to training materials, client scripts, SCM's proprietary call center technology and products.
